• AFP/ß-hCG: one or both are elevated in 80% of mediastinal germ cell tumors

Clinical Presentations

• Metastases to Lungs (see [[Lung Nodule or Mass]]): hematogenous dissemination to lungs
  • “Halo” lesions (seen in choriocarcinoma): lower-lobe predilection
