Treatment

• Management of Severe Hematuria
  • Place 3-way Foley catheter
  • Use Y-Tubing (do not use IV tubing)
  • Set up 3L NS Bag to run with gravity (do not use IVAC)
  • Titrate IV drip rate to achieve clear urine
  • Hand irrigate PRN
