• 58 y/o hispanic male with pulmonary edema, respiratory failure, and cardiogenic shock following anterior wall MI
  • ETT in trachea
  • Impella cardiac assist device (inserted femorally) with tip noted in LV
  • Swan (inserted femorally) with tip in left PA
