  • Only 50 reported cases

Physiology

  • Benign lung neoplasm

Pathology

  • Lamellae of homogeneous hyaline material
  • Interspersed plasma cells and giant cells

Clinical

  • Lung Nodule (see [[Lung Nodule or Mass]])
    • Diagnosis
      • CXR/Chest CT: solitary nodule
        • Usually 2-4 cm, but may be large
        • May be multiple (simulating metastases) in some cases
