Clinical Presentations

• Lung Nodule (see [[Lung Nodule or Mass]]): few reported cases
  • Diagnosis
    • CXR/Chest CT
      • Solitary nodule
      • Few cases of multiple 1-3 mm nodules (resembling chemodectomas) have been reported: patients (almost all female) are aymptomatic without clinical significance
    • FOB: may occur endotracheally
  • Clinical: usually asymptomatic with benign behavior
• Posterior Mediastinal Mass (see [[Mediastinal Mass]]): uncommon presentation
• Endotracheal Obstruction (see [[Obstructive Lung Disease]]): few reported endotracheal cases
