Pharmacology

• These drugs are structurally similar (producing similar pulmonary toxicity)
  • Bromocriptine (see [[Bromocriptine]]): used to treat Parkinson’s disease
  • Cabergoline (see [[Cabergoline]]): used to treat Parkinson’s disease
  • Methysergide: previously used to treat vascular headaches
