- Diagnosis
- PFT’s: restriction
- CXR: low lung volumes
- Symptoms: diplopia, dysphagia, dyspnea, dysarthria

Treatment
- Discontinue drug: recovery within hours-days
- Anticholinesterase agents: useful for aminoglycoside neuromuscular toxicity
