Rhabdomyosarcoma
Physiology
- Hematogenous dissemination to lungs (occasionally direct extension)
Diagnosis
- CXR/Chest CT Pattern: 3 mm-6 cm (of various size) round, sharply-defined nodules with lower-lobe predilection
- Usually absent hilar/mediastinal nodes
Clinical Presentations
- Upper Airway Obstruction (see [[Obstructive Lung Disease]]): when primary tumor occurs in upper airway
- Metastases to Lungs
