Pulmonary Manifestations
- Interstitial Pulmonary Fibrosis (see Interstitial Lung Disease-Etiology, [[Interstitial Lung Disease-Etiology]])
- Epidemiology: occurs in cases with psoriatic spondylitis
- Diagnosis
- CXR/Chest CT: upper lobe pulmonary fibrosis (similar to changes seen in ankylosing spondylitis)
- Clinical: presents similarly to the ILD of ankylosing spondylitis
Rheumatologic Manifestations
- Psoriatic Arthritis
- Epidemiology
- Occurs in 7% of psoriasis cases
- Presents with DIP and PIP involvement (with negative RF)
