Diagnosis
- CXR/Chest CT
- Usually right-sided (occasionally bilateral)
- Usually associated with co-existent ascites
- Pleural Fluid
- Typically bloody or chocolate collared
- CEA: may be elevated
Clinical Presentations
- Pleural Effusion (see [[Pleural Effusion-Exudate]])
Treatment
- Gonadtropin-Releasing Hormone Agonists: may be tried, but frequently ineffective
- TAH+BSO: may be required
